I am learning to lead and serve a church to think about what it means to be a church in the 21st century. We are exploring what it means to incarnate the gospel of Jesus Christ on a daily basis, both in our individual lives and as a community called out by God.  This blog is my attempt to put some ideas in writing, to share with others some of my struggles and fears, and finally to possibly help others discover what it means to lead and serve churches to be a faithful witness for Christ in the 21st century.
